Classic hope Zafeen for Greenham comeback

Mick Channon today outlined plans for his top three-year-olds and revealed that Classic hope Zafeen would return in the Greenham Stakes at Newbury on April 12.

The Sagitta 2000 Guineas hope chased home Elusive City in the Prix Morny at Deauville before running creditably in both the Middle Park Stakes and the Dewhurst Stakes at Newmarket, and his trainer is delighted with the way he has wintered.

Londonnetdotcom will go for the Masaka Stakes at Kempton Easter while Illustria will go for either the Nell Gwyn at Newmarket for the Fred Darling at Newbury.
