Lewis set for re-match with Rahman

World heavyweight champion Hasim Rahman has revealed that his re-match with Lennox Lewis will take place in Las Vegas on November 17. The 28-year-old American, who stunned the Briton with a fifth-round knock-out in South Africa in April, will put his WBC and IBF titles on the line - but does not expect to come away without his belts.

"On November 17 in Las Vegas, Lennox Lewis and myself will be getting it on for the second time," Rahman told BBC Radio Five Live Sportsweek. "I think that he'll be there and we'll give the fans their money's worth. As far as I know, the fight is a go for November 17. I believe I will be walking out of there champion. I just believe I have the tools to give Lennox Lewis major problems. I don't have any bitter feelings towards Lennox, but he's got another thing coming if he thinks he's coming to take the titles off me."

Rahman - who also revealed he had former champion Mike Tyson in his sights after a successful defence against Lewis - is clearly enjoying his reign, but insisted that fame has not changed him.

"People recognise me all around America, really all around the world," he said. "I am the heavyweight champion of the world and it goes with the territory. I'd seen it with champions before me, so I had no reason to expect anything different. But I'm a normal guy. I don't believe that this championship should make me any different. I feel the same way."
