Scots turn to Hodge
Thursday, 15 February 2001 12:30Scotland coach Ian McGeechan has made one change to his line-up for Saturday's Six Nations clash with Wales at Murrayfield. As expected Edinburgh Reivers' stand-off Duncan Hodge replaces Gregor Townsend, who limped off during the opening game against France with a knee injury which could also rule him out of the Calcutta Cup clash at Twickenham on March 3.
Hodge came on as a replacement during the 16-6 defeat at the Stade de France but played a pivotal role in the victory over England last year and McGeechan will be looking for a similar performance this time.
