Rugby: Logan dropped for Welsh encounter

Scotland has dropped Wasp's winger Kenny Logan for the Six Nations international against Wales in Cardiff on the 18th March. The 27-year-old has been a regular in the Scottish side for almost seven seasons but has come under increasing pressure for his place after a series of poor performances. His erratic goal kicking in the defeat by France last weekend saw the responsibility pass into the hands of 21-year-old Chris Paterson. Scotland coach Ian McGeechan has now decided to draft Glasgow Caledonian's Alan Bulloch and Craig Moir of Northampton in his 22-man squad.
