Materials Needed:
Light Card
Poster Paint
Tissue Paper
Ribbon
Glue

Steps
1 On a large rectangular piece of light card, draw a series of lines all the way down the page.
2 Paint each section a colour of the rainbow.

3 Roll the painted piece of card into a tube and stick.
4 Cut some coloured pieces of tissue paper into strips.

5 Attach these strips to one end of the tube.
6 Attach a long piece of ribbon in a loop on the opposite end of the tube to create a colourful windsock that can fly through the air.
