Materials needed:
Paper Plate
String
Bright Paint
Coloured card
Toilet Roll Tube
Tissue Paper
Glue

Hat Steps:
1 Paint a paper plate a bright colour.
2 Use a piece of string to measure head.
3  Attach the two ends of the string together and place in a circle on the paper plate.
4 Draw around the circular piece of string.

5  Cut out circle from paper plate.
6 Measure around the cut out circle using a large strip of coloured card.
7 Attach the ends of the measured strip of card to make a cylinder.
8 Cut tabs along one end of cardboard cylinder.
9 Attach these to the underside of the paper plate.

Flower Steps:
1 Cut strips on either end of a toilet roll tube leaving a band of card in the middle.

2 Fold out each strip (to form petals)
3 Paint a bright colour.
4 Glue scrunched up tissue paper into the middle.
