When the turkey is consumed it is timed to talk Turkey, and indeed all the other places that Irish people like to go on holidays. January used to be the month of big holiday sales. Many of the family holidays for the coming summer will be booked over the next four weeks. Where should we go and how much should we pay? And what are the consequences of the air chaos that disrupted the travel plans of so many people over the Christmas period? With Pat to discuss this and other travel matters was Eoghan Corry, editor of Travel Extra.
