Well, it’s the eve of a few weeks that will give us thrills and spills, drama and daring, but hopefully not humiliation and heartache.......It’s the six nations championship and first up it’s the team we haven’t beaten outside of Ireland since 2009 in which Ireland won their first Grand Slam in 61 years. And we’ll have to do it again tomorrow if we’re to have any hope of success in the 2013 campaign. So what are our chances?
Well, Pat was joined today by the green and the red.... In studio was former Irish International Victor Costello and on the line from Cardiff was the ‘Welsh Whippet’ himself, legendary Lions and Wales winger JJ Williams.
Every marriage has its bumpy patches. Some meet speedbump sized hurdles - a little jolt from time to time and it’s back to business as usual. Others meet more daunting obstacles, some of which may be insurmountable. But every marriage needs a little work from time to time. The question is, what do you do about it – marriage counselling, couples therapy or simply ditching the kids with the grandparents and spending the weekend away?
Andrew Clover had had it with such ideas. So he went about it his own way.
Andrew Clover writes the Dad Rules column in the Sunday Times and has just published his first novel, Learn Love in a Week.
There are few things we can say we lead the world in these days, but if countries were defined by their tea drinking abilities, we’d be up there with the best of them. And if you’re having an afternoon cup of tea, sure you might as well have a bite to eat with it. You could opt for a hob nob or a rich tea, but why not make a bit of an accession out of it?
Catherin Fulvio was here to give us her tips for afternoon tea.

Add the beaten eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition.Carefully fold in the flour and baking powder with a metal spoon or spatula.Add 2 tbsp milk first, if you feel that the cake batter is too stiff, add a little more milk.Divide the mixture evenly between the tins.
