The Spend will go out live every Saturday morning from now until June. It will look at customer/retailer issues and have a phone-in element where both sides can air their views. The programme will include location reports and information slots on best buys and worst buys. The Spend will also welcome your views on the standard of service to you - the customer in shops, cafes and other businesses around the country.
