'The Car Show' on RTÉ Radio 1 is there to guide you through this important purchase. With guidelines on value for money, safety, finance packages and a look at the fun gadgets you might consider for your trusty steed, 'The Car Show' is aimed at the consumer who wants to get the best possible deal with the money available.

Each week new models will be reviewed with guidance on purchases across all car classes. If you're in the market for a car 'The Car Show' is essential listening.

Many of you have been in contact about minimising the environmental impact of your car. The Car Show is planning a special programme dealing with the options out there for the environmentally conscious.
