John's first guest this morning is owner of Insomnia Coffee Shops, Bobby Kerr who tells us of his surprise when he first heard how one of his coffee shops was the suspect wi-fi signal which gave rise to bugging fears in GSOC's offices because it is in the same building!

In tonights Operation Transformation in assoc with Safefood, leader Paudie get some help with his fitness regime from a man who is an example to all those who believe age is a barrier to fitness. Former Tyrone county footballer, Patsy Forbes at aged 71, is the second fastest septugenarian in the world & he joins John on the line this morning.
John is joined by Alison Campbell, former Miss Northern Ireland & runner up in Miss UK, who has opened her own modelling agency which is now the biggest in Northern Ireland. Alison is also married to one of the world's most famous golfers, Darren Clarke.
