    What is your most-loved Irish poem of the last century? RTÉ A Poem for Ireland is a major new RTÉ campaign which aims to get the public talking about the poems they feel are the most-loved Irish poems of the past 100 years.

    In this era of centenaries, RTÉ looks back at the Irish poems and poets of the past 100 years and asks the public to help us identify the Irish poems of the past century that we love the most. Whether it’s a poem you studied at school and loved; one that stood out for you at a wedding or funeral, a poem you came across at an important moment in your life, or one your father or mother used to recite; whether it’s a love poem, a political poem, a poem about nature, life, loss, emigration, and whether it’s in Irish or in English, it doesn’t matter. As long as it’s an Irish poem, published in the last century, and you love it, then tell us, and tell us why you love it.

    The campaign will be spearheaded by The Works, RTÉ One’s flagship arts show, and RTÉ Radio 1’s The John Murray Show in partnership with Poetry Ireland and An Post.

    The Savvy Guide to Making More Money - Susan Hayes

    Even at the best of times, making more money can seem daunting. But in the teeth of a recession, it can seem virtually impossible. Miriam's next guest has just written a book called 'The Savvy Guide to Making More Money' & author Susan Hayes is in studio this morning.

    Susan is also co-author of the Leaving Certificate textbook Positive Economics. Her first book for the general public, The Savvy Woman’s Guide to Financial Freedom, was published in 2013. Susan is from Cork and has a BSc in Financial Mathematics and Economics from NUI Galway.

    Nigella Lawson brings her US hit tv cookery show 'The Taste' to Britain & Irishman Barry Johnston who appeared as a contestant on Channel 's 4's new tv cookery programme.  Barry joins Miriam on the line from the UK this morning.

    Mindfulness - Phil McNamara

    This time last year we put a callout to listeners interested in taking part on a mindfulness course with Tony Bates.  It got an overwhelming response from people across the country, from those coming to terms with losing their jobs, overstretched mothers & people who in general couldn't switch off!  Phil McNamara, applied & got a place on the course. Phil joins Miriam on the line this morning

    'Under My Bed' - actress Sonya Macari

    Next week a host of celebreties & well known faces including David Norris, Mary O'Rourke, Maclean Burke & Celine Byrne are coming together to raise money for Barnardos by telling their childhood stories in a show called 'Under My Bed'. Actress Sonya Macari joins Miriam in studio to tell us more about the show.

    Under My Bed runs from 16th to 18th January in the Smock Alley Theatre, www.smockalley.com tickets are 30euro www.entertainment.ie  & all proceeds go to Barnardos.
