The John Murray Show Thursday 18 April 2013
A lively mix of topical stories, human interest and lifestyle features with John Murray
It's been a couple of weeks since we brought you a conundrum & this morning we bring you another from John Bela Reilly, who recently took to the streets & tracked down a man whose dilemma is one many of us men will identify with.
Plus some of our listeners views, Maria Cullen, Sean Ronan & Fionnuala join John on the line.
Adam Brophy began a column in the Irish Times seven years ago, called A Dad's Life & this week he has called a halt. This morning Adam joins John from our Cork studio.
Yesterday we launched our search for sporting underdogs so we can follow the fortunes of a struggling but ambitious club or team, from all sporting codes, to make an impression in its league or championship in 2013. Joining John on the line is Rory Kavanagh, who is captain of the Irish Mixed Ultimate Frisbee Team!
Following the recent news that Peaches Geldof, daughter of Sir Bob, has apparently joined a cult, our colleague Zbyszek Zalinski joins John in studio to take a look at why some celebrities seek spiritual enlightenment by joining rather curious organizations.
