The cleverly named Breaking Tradare made up of Dónal Murphy from Abbeyfeale in West Limerick on accordion, Niall Murphy from Camlough, south Armagh on fiddle & multi-instrumentalist Mike Galvin from Killarney. They have just released their self-titled debut album & they join John in studio for peformance.
We have in studio judges former Pogue Cait O'Riordan, singer songwriter Jerry Fish& Laura Lomax of the Saturday Night Show with the top 6 songs selected as part of the new emerging Irish talent competition.
The Blow the Dust Orchestra, set up to encourage older people who once played instruments to take them out of their cases, dust them off and start again & John is joined in studio by 7 members of The Blow the DustOrchestrawho are here to perform for us this morning ahead of appearing in the National Concert Hall at lunchtime.
