This morning Miriam speaks to Kathryn Thomas who presented the second concert of the three sopranos- NSO Summer Tour  in Limerick last night.  Another one of our brave listeners, garda Sean O'Mahony,  performed  in front of an audience.  Regina Nathan mentored Sean for his debut performance & Kathryn spoke to family & friends before & after the show.

Four of our brave listeners have been mentored by the Sopranos to give them the confidence to step on stage & perform with them & the RTE Symphony Orchestra in front of a live audience. Miriam is joined in studio for performance & chat with two accomplished musical guests, Moya Brennan & Cormac de Barra. Moya's daughter Aisling Jarvis accompanies on guitar. Moya's & Cormac's second album is called 'Affinity', released June 7th.

Our next guest has perormed for Bill Clinton, George Bush & Pope John Paul the second. but for her next project, she has her sights firmly set on an audience which is equally hard to impress: babies & toddlers! Orla Fallon joins Miriam in studio.

Miriam's next guest is English musician, singer, songwriter & astrophysicist who achieved international fame as the guitarist of legendary rock band Queen. Brian May has written & performed some of the most recognisable anthems of all time with Queen & is officially the world's second-greatest EVER guitarist.  Brian is playing Dublin's Olympia Theatre with Kelly Ellis on June 30th.
