    The Energetic Entrepreneur

    Eddie O'Connor has been dubbed, by some, as the "Green Bill Gates". He has just sold a 25% stake in his company, Mainstream Renewable Power, for €100 million to the Japanese investment group Marubeni. Five years ago he sold his other company Airtricity for €1.4 billion. Both big success stories for a man who was once the boss of Bord na Mona. He joins us in studio.

    Earlier this week came the news that after six decades of trading the Superquinn brand is coming to an end with the loss of over 100 jobs. Marks and Spencers announced the closure of four stores, while Lidl and Aldi have seen a boost in their market share. But how have corner shops coped in today's tough market?
