    Well as the summer kicks off and the sun shines, it's often a time when people make big decisions about getting out of the rat race. W're joined in studio by two such people. Kenneth Walsh was a senior associate at Lehman Brothers but now owns Food For Thought in Galway and dog trainer Aileen Foy who is a former Citco bank team leader.

    Downpatrick man Neville Isdell can only be described as a giant of Coca Cola. He spent 43 years with the corporation, rising through the ranks to become chairman and Chief Executive. He was handsomely paid for his expertise, in one year alone earning over $20 million. These days he sits on various boards and heads up his own investment company in Barbados. He joins me from there.

Meanwhile in the newspapers we've seen stately homes, apartment blocks and commercial buildings being snapped up by foreign investors. So what's the state of the market?
