Surprise

Surprise is a four part mini serial written by Maeve Binchy and starring RTÉ 2fm's Gerry Ryan - as himself! Surprise will be broadcast every Tuesday evening throughout June at 7pm. It tells the story of Shona, a pillar of South County Dublin society and Bonnie, who runs a pub in Doonard Co. Limerick, two old friends, both approaching 40, whose friendship ended at their Leaving Cert. Accidentally fate connects one with the other and they decide to meet. Can time heal old wounds and what really drove them apart in the first place.?
