Snapshots

As the title suggests, Snapshots opens the picture book on the lives of some of Ireland's best known personalities.

Each week Presenter Carrie Crowley steps inside the guest's own environment, their home, their work place or their favourite location. Carrie gets to interview not only the main attraction but their family and friends as well as hearing some of their favourite music.

"You can actually find out a lot about people from the way they decorate their homes, the books that they read, the CDs that they listen to", says Carrie. "I also feel people are more comfortable in their own environment and more open to relaxed conversation, which of course is the aim in any interview."

And that has been part of the success of the programme.
