Hilda has been unemployed for 18 months. She returned to Ireland with a romantic notice of living in a cottage in the west of Ireland. Although she is unemployed has no regrets about coming back. Yesterday she queued for one hour and twenty minutes in the freezing intermittent rain. She wondered why if there are so many people applying for these courses that you can’t make an individual appointment.http://www.rte.ie/radio1/liveline/programmes/2013/0116/363088-liveline-wednesday-16-january-2013/?clipid=975891
