    It is expected that later today former Luxembourg Prime Minister Jean Claude Juncker will be endorsed as European Commission President by EU leaders  despite fierce opposition from British Prime Minister David Cameron. Reports suggest that 26 European leaders including Taoiseach Enda Kenny will vote in favour of the appointment with just the UK and possibly Hungary voting no.  Matt Frei, Europe editor with Channel Four News was on the line.
