Buddy Philips was a driver for Jimmy Saville when he came to Ireland to take part in the Central Remedial Clinic walks. Today a report produced jointly by the Metropolitan Police and the NSPCC was published. It described Jimmy Saville as a “prolific, predatory sex offender”. Buddy knew him for 14 years.
