Helping People who are Homeless

Fiona called in about the plight of homeless people at this time of the year , she helped two people by providing them with food and sleeping bags . This came from her experience with her own brother , who died while he himself was homeless. Carmel spoke to Joe about her struggle with the budget cuts to child benefit.

David was listening to Fiona on the show yesterday who bought some sleeping bags to give to homeless people. David and his wife decided to do the same thing last night, with mixed results. Justin was homeless for 5 years, he gives an insight into what life was like. Sandra’s daughter died homeless on the streets. She was only 27. She tells Joe her story.
