When Brendan and Terry Ring’s daughter Cliona died from an inoperable brain tumour aged just 14, they decided that they’d set up a foundation in her name to raise money to help families struggling with the devastation and trauma of a seriously ill child. At aged 11, Sarah is the oldest child in Ireland living with the condition.
