Next Friday is the Second International Food Revolution Day organized by chef Jamie Oliver. It’s a day of awareness, of good food, cooking together and using simple ingredients. So, to celebrate Valerie Cox attended a pre-Revolution Day cookery class in Jamie’s restaurant in Dublin with a great group of women and one male.
