More than 50,000 Leaving Cert students are receiving their course offers today from the CAO. Joe Humphreys, Education Correspondent from the Irish Times is with Sean to look at what courses are the big movers this year.

Today sees the final Leaving Cert examinations of 2014, and many students have already completed their examinations and are looking forward to two months of rest and relaxation until they receive their results on the 13th August next. Before you take that well earned break you have one more vital task to complete. By now most of those who are looking to secure an undergraduate college place in September next have made their initial application to the CAO, even if they have not as yet selected their choices. But what are the alternative options outside the CAO? To discuss these options Sean was joined by Career Guidance teacher and Irish Times Columnist Brian Mooney.
Surprising as it may seem the college application process for students looking to start college in September 2014 is already underway with many colleges running open days over the next few weekends. Over the next three months, 77,000 people will apply through the CAO for places in Universities, Institutes of Technology and Private Colleges. Brian Mooney talks to Sean.
