    In 2010 Ireland ratified the Hague Convention – it was about making sure that adoptions worked well for children and reduced the likelihood of irregularities within the adoptive process. But it has had quite catastrophic effects for  those who are trying to adopt. Keelin spoke to Kiernan Gildea, acting CEO of the Adoption Authority of Ireland and Irish Times journalist Rosita Boland who has been trying to adopt since 2006.
