Seán Óg

This autumn, RTÉ Radio 1 is celebrating the broadcasting life of Seán Óg Ó Ceallacháin.  The longest serving radio broadcaster in Europe, his life and career have spanned many facets of Irish life, sport and culture in the formative decades of the emerging Irish state.

The eight-part series, produced by Harry Bradshaw, will tell the story of Seán Óg Ó Ceallacháin in his own inimitable way using material from RTÉ archives, audio clips and interviews with Seán.
