Christmas Story Competition....

The Wonder of Christmas with Arnotts

Arnotts festive theme this year is the Wonder of Christmas. The department store has introduced a special dedicated ‘Christmas Wonderland’ with Christmas gifts for all the family all centred around Santa’s Grotto. Of course we can’t forget the iconic Arnotts window.....which this year tells the enchanting story of the magical journey taken by the letters sent from every little girl and boy to Santa. A world of wonder awaits you.

All this week Arnotts want to celebrate the Wonder of Christmas with you, the Ryan Tubridy Show listeners. They have gifts galore to give away on the show. DeLonghi Coffee machines, Roberts Internet Radios, LG TV and Sound Bar, M·A·C Hampers, Jo Malone London Hampers...and lots lots more.....

The song lyrics says it all "it’s the most wonderful time of the year" and we want to hear your wonderful stories about Christmas.

We want to hear about your most memorable childhood Christmasses. Do you have family traditions that have survived through the years that has added to the wonder of Christmas in your home?

They can be poignant, happy or funny Christmas memories.

It’s that simple. Tell us your story by text on 51551, e-mail us to Ryan@rte.ie or phone us on 1850 715 900 and you could find yourself experiencing the wonder of an Arnotts gift.

Prof Tony Attwood

Professor Tony Attwood is one of the leading experts in the world on Asperger's Syndrome. Five years ago he found out that his son Will has the syndrome and somehow it hadn't been discovered. Will had been very overactive and difficult as a child and in his teenage years smoked marijuana and became addicted to drugs. This led to him being jailed and dependent on his family to support him. He is much better able to deal with life now that he has this diagnosis and is writing a book to help other people with Aspergers cope with prison.
