Bord Gais Energy Irish Book Awards

Now in its 12th year, the Bord Gáis Energy Irish Book Awards was founded to celebrate and promote Irish writing to the widest range of readers possible. It was a tough one, but we managed to whittle down our favourite books of the year to a shortlist for RTÉ Radio One’s The Ryan Tubridy Show Listeners’ Choice Award. Ryan has spoken to all the authors at some stage this year and championed their books with genuine enthusiasm.  The public and most importantly OUR LISTENERS - are now being asked to cast your votes online for the winner of RTÉ Radio One’s The Ryan Tubridy Show Listeners’ Choice Award.

All you have to do is visit the awards website https://www.irishbookawards.irish/vote2017/

Vote for the book you would like to win in each category and enter the prize draw to win €100 of National Book Tokens.  Votes may be cast until midday on Thursday 23rd November, and the winners will be announced at the gala ceremony in The Clayton Hotel, Burlington Road on Tuesday, 28th November.
