                                                                      1/2 Cup of Water

                                                           1/2 Tea Spoon of Cinnamon 

                                                               ***Soak Over Night***

                                                         1 Small Handful of Blueberries 

                                                         1 Small Handful of Raspberries 

                                                           3 Dollops of Natural Yogurt 

                                                         Top with a Sprinkle of Granola

This morning sadly the news broke that music legend David Bowie had passed away in New York after an 18 month battle with cancer. Today on the Ray D'Arcy Show we remember that great musician in the company of Dave Fanning, musician Gerry Leonard and Francis Whately producer/director.

Orla Tinsley has been suffering from cystic fibrosis all her life in November 2015 she was put on a new drug called Orkambi which has completely changed her life. She is now campaigning for the drug to be made available to all CF suffers. Orla chats to Ray this afternoon
