In the fifth programme, Laura Haydon spends a day at St George's Market, tracking a few of the most colourful and vocal of its 248 stallholders.
Built around the colourful and charismatic Paddy Lynn, listeners are introduced to a range of market people, from the fishmongers who now sell 30% of their produce to members of Belfast's Chinese community to the French and Spanish paella stalls replacing the burger and chip vans, reflecting the changes in Northern Ireland society
