We started today's programme with Paula who was extolling the virtues of dealing with the Small Claims Court rather than having any truck with airlines over Air Traffic Control disruptions, strikes etc.

Viv and Padraigín have been trying to get refunds from Ryanair over the ash cloud delays four years ago.

Anne Finn's daughter has pulmonary hypertension and, while she might look healthy, still needs to use the disabled parking spots. However she is afraid to do so because of the reaction of some people.

Another Anne coincidentally has the same rare condition - chronic thrombo-embolic pulmonary hypertension.

Kathleen Murphy, grandniece of Joseph Pierce Murphy from Ringsend, told Joe about their plans for a memorial to the first Irishman killed in WW1.

Betty called in favour of using the Small Claims Court and finally Paul told of his experiences in confromting able bodied people using disabled parking spots.
