    Sinead lives near a resevoir in Stillorgan in Dublin. She talks to Joe about the dangers for young people who swim there on a regular basis.

    Siobhan tells Joe about the problems her sister had in trying to get travel insurance to come back from Australia, where she now lives, on a visit to Ireland. Sean O'Connell from the Insurance shop explains some issues that can arise with travel insurance.

    Nicola has been having problems withher debit card, particularly  'shadow debits', cancelled card transactions that register on her account and prevent her from withdrawing the amounts of money involved.
