Patricia’s daughter was cycling last Friday In Blackrock.....she was cycling on the cycle path when she was knocked down by a taxi driver.    The garda later said the driver was not driving fast but misjudged the situation.   Doesn’t understand how a professional driver such as a taxi driver driving in the cycling path, knocking down my daughter was committing no offence.    He never even offered to bring her home.   All he did was leave his number and drove off.

Cliodna was on the Jervis Luas last Thursday....a man got on board at Heuston station.    He took out a bag of heroin and proceeded to prepare it to inject himself.   He then stood up right behind my friend and injected himself in the groin.   I couldn’t believe it, in broad daylight.

Families of children who attend the CRC who have been out fundraising speak to Joe about the fact that nobody is budying the santa bears.     They are urging the public to support the great work the CRC does......the services provided by the CRC have helped thousands of families.    There are great hard working people in the organisation.

Mary was at the Eucharistic Congress in Dublin last year. When she got home she discovered her bag was missing. There was a relic of Padre Pio in it (a piece of linen which touched his wound) – thought she would never see it again. A year later she got a call from Lough Derg to say a woman from Omagh found her bag, saw her membership card in it and rang them to return it to her. It had everything in it, including the most valuable item - the Padre Pio relic.
