    Discussion and debate with Joe Duffy

    Yesterday Archbishop of Lima, Sean Walsh, visited Irish woman Michaella McCollum Conolly and her friend Melissa Reid in prison there. He tells Joe how the two women are holding up.

    Today John Dundon was convicted of the murder of Shane Geoghegan. Paul Williams has been closely involved in the murder trial. He tells Joe that it is a great day for the Geoghegans family and Limerick as a city.

    Anne grew up in state care and as a result her educaiton suffered. She recently tried to apply for funding for a course through the Education Finance Board in the Department of Education. She has learned that this body has been dissolved and it is now the Residential Institutions Statutory Fund. She can't seem to get any assistance. She tells Joe her story.

    PJ O'Neill has been living in Australia for 9 years. He tells Joe about the new school charges for the children of Irish people on a temporary 457 visa in Australia.
