Last Monday John Ryan decided to break in and occupy his own home in a ghost estate in Killaloe, Co Clare despite having no electricity or running water. The estate is in receivership with KPMG. He's ignored warnings from 24-hour security that he is trespassing and tells Joe after 7 years of paying for his own home he's determined to live there.
Listeners react to John's story of paying a mortgage for 7 years on a house he couldn't access so he broke in; also, distressed home-owners and dealing with banks
