Fiver Friday Returns on Friday October 24th

Joe Duffy’s Liveline on RTÉ Radio 1 came up with a simple but effective idea to help businesses across the country in 2011. Fiver Friday asked people to spend an extra €5 with a local business, retailer or supplier in an effort to boost turnover and save jobs. Click here for  details...

Callers react to the Anglo tapes recorded on the internal phone system of Anglo Irish bank in September 2008 between senior managers John Bowe and Peter Fitzgerald.

Yesterday evening Mandy got a phonecall from St James's Hospital in Dublin to say her father was missing.  St James's issue a statement saying they wish "to apologise to the patient's family and a full explanation will be given to the patient's daughter".

Peter is concerned by aggressive behaviour displayed at under-age GAA matches.

Charlotte and Irene talk about family members who have died abroad and how they can't secure an Irish death certificate.

Marie talks about her first experience signing on at a social welfare office.

Three weeks ago Sean McGlade applied to renew his driving licence but last Friday he was suprised to get a letter saying his renewal had not been approved as his place of birth was "incorrect" on his old licence.  Leigh tells Joe about his quest to get a category A motorcycle driving licence.
