Callers discuss John McGuinness Chairman of the Public Accounts Committee.

Dave is concerned about regulation in the "nicotine delivery industry".  Other callers tell Joe about their experiences with electronic cigarettes.

Clare tells Joe she saw animal charity Bothar in Cork on Saturday afternoon and she felt the goats in the back of the pickup were suffering in the heat.  David Moloney, CEO of Bothar, was aware of the incident and says the goats weren't in distress but in fact enjoy being in the sun.
