Discussion and debate with Joe Duffy

Liveline

Alan talks to Joe about the number of rickshaws he sees around Dublin city centre. He wants to know who regulates them? They have been banned in Galway city. Joe owns 25 Rickshaws which operate in Dublin City Centre. He tells Joe that he intends to regulate the industry.

Siobhan owns and runs a creche. The controversy about creche regulation is very worrying for people like Siobhan in the childcare business.
