Ben Dunne contacted the programme because he has been thinking about all the people out there who are struggling to pay thier mortgages.

He has been looking at all the builders and big businessmen who owed millions and ended up going abroad to the UK or NI and declared themselves bankrupt and he's wondering would this work for Mr and Mrs Average who owe a mortage that they can't pay back. Its called Bankruptcy tourism, he has no idea whether this is a runner or not but he's just putting it out there.....

Joe spoke to a number of callers who are in tough financial situations and some who had to leave the country.

Bankruptcy Tourism

Ben Dunne poses the question 'would Bankruptcy Tourism work for the many home-ownersstruggling to pay their mortgages?'
