    The bad weather across Ireland was the subject of much comment on Liveline today. Callers from Cork , Wexford and Dublin reported on the effects of the heavy rain and flooding.

    Rene Duignan lives in Japan. He is an economist but took a personal interest in the subject of suicide which is a serious problem in Japan. He's made a documentary on the subject called 'Saving 10,000'

    The property tax was the subject of more discussion on today's Liveline with a range of views on issues such as the taxing of homes suffering with Pyrite damage.
