Liveline listeners continued to be perplexed about the letter sent by the Revenue Commissioners to some people in reciept of pensions. The response of the the chair of the Revenue Commissioners came in for particular criticism , many callers felt her apology was inadequate. John called in to support Josephine Feehily's response and the conversation moved on to fact that some people were actually owed money by Revenue and those callers were adamant that they would be repaid as soon as possible.
Mortage problems.
Martin called in to tell joe about his problems with Ulster Bank. He has a Mortgage on a property which is in negative equity and wanted to discuss with his bank the possibility of borrowing more money to spend on his property to increase its value enough to get him into a positive situation with his house.
