Stephen Donnelly is the third person ever in this country to be disqualified by the Financial Regulator from providing financial services. While at Friends First his activities left at least one man up to a half a million euro poorer. Yet two years after his fraud was known by the company he was still on the board of one of Friends Firsts companies alongside some of its senior executives.
