May Suit First Time Buyer

This series will feature a cross-section of buyers from around the country, including a family who relocated from Tallaght in Dublin to Roscommon and a young couple who have just been given the keys to their new two bed duplex in Ballymun which they have bought under the joint purchase scheme.

The series will also explore the phenomenon of commuting and Fiona Kelly will talk to some immigrants who have just bought their first homes in Ireland and a young professional who has just moved into the most fashionable new quarter in the capital, the Dublin Docklands.

Each programme will focus on a buyer's story but there will also be some expert voices and an overview of the market and advice on how to get a foothold on the first rung of that property ladder.
