The Engineer's Eye

Sponsored by Engineers Ireland - www.engineersireland.ie

About the show.
Engineering feats surround us in everyday life. Bridges, rivers, wind farms and various types of buildings are only some of the structures that engineers have designed.  But how much do we really know about these structures and the engineering effort that went in to them? How often do we look at these structures in detail and understand them, their story and their place? The answers to these questions can be found in The Engineer's Eye.

In this series, six engineering feats around Ireland will be examined through the eyes of a Chartered Engineer allowing us, the listener, to peer into the world of engineering.
