All orthopaedic surgeries at Galway's Merlin Park Hospital are off for the forseeable future due to a leaky roof at the hospital. Two operating theatres at Merlin Park were closed on health and safety grounds due to significant leaks. The roof is yet to be fixed and there's no solution in sight. Our reporter Barry Lenihan had this report.
