Colin Murphy spent time with four immigrant candidates in the Irish local elections, which took place in June 2009.
The four were: Anna Rooney, Carrickmacross, Co. Monaghan; Patrick Maphoso, Dublin and, in Letterkenny, Co. Donegal, Stella Oladapo and Michael Abiola Phillips.
