Sarah Binchy produces Arts Tonight on RTÉ Radio One and has made two radio documentaries, Never No More: Maura Laverty Remembered and One Hundred Years of Names. She has produced many current affairs and feature programmes in radio, and before that worked as a television producer (Agenda, TV3), and as a journalist for various newspapers and magazines.

She was BBC/Observer Young Film Critic 1996 and an ESB scholarship student at the Fondation de Journalistes en Europe in Paris, 2002-2003. She has an MA in Journalism (Dublin City University) and an M Phil in English (Trinity College, Dublin).
