Nuala Macklin grew up in Monaghan and works as a freelance journalist and radio documentary maker, and is based in Dublin.
She has worked as a team reporter on RTE's Morning Ireland and contributes radio packages to RTE Radio 1's - Pat Kenny Show; The Arts Show and Outside The Box programmes.
Nuala has written extensively for the Irish Times, Irish Independent, Sunday Business Post, and Sunday Times.
She holds a masters degree in Communication & Cultural Studies, and a master's degree in Journalism; both from Dublin City University. Her interests lie in current affairs, health and the arts.
